We are a Company having forty years of great success in the Design – Build and Service Industry seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual that meets and / or exceeds the following criteria;
Company truck and gas card provided
- Must be Seasoned and Skilled in one or all of the following; Carpentry / Drywall / Painting / Tiling w/ minimum of 10 years’ experience.
- Must have strong knowledge of trades and ability to follow direction in every detail.
- Must have extensive experience in the following divisions;
- Rough Framing (Wood & Metal Stud)
- Tile (VCT, Ceramic & Granite) setting and Grouting
- Finishing Trim, Casework
- Wood Flooring
- Commercial and Residential Door Installation, Including installation of Hardware packages (Standard and Electronic Access Hardware)
- Acoustical Ceiling Tile & Grid Installations
- Drywall, Painting & Floor finishes
- Concise knowledge of Hanging Wallpaper with precision preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours (Day & Evening Hours including some Weekends).
- Must have own truck fully outfitted with required tools to complete work.
- Must be able to read and fully comprehend Architectural Documents.
- Ability to detect imperfections in Documents prior to installations a Plus.
- Hourly Rate w/Full Benefits Offered to qualified candidates.
